What is Video PDA®?
Video PDA® is an innovation that enables organizations to reduce
the human and financial costs of disabilities. This is achieved
by a carefully laid foundation enabling both an effective injury
prevention and disability management program.
Video PDA® is a web based application that stores Physical
Demands Analysis (PDA) in a searchable database along with video
footage of the representative physical stressors. This allows all
stakeholders both internally and externally timely access to pertinent
information for compensation and return to work decisions.

Why Video PDA®?
Video PDA® allows organizations to leverage their PDA information

Claims Management: Video PDA® provides
timely access to external stakeholders (Insurers, Disability Management
companies or Third Party Administrators, rehabilitation providers,
physicians, etc.); expedite the return to work process through the
"Abilities Search" function; allows for the identification
of modified work that promotes gradual restoration of functional
abilities; aids in the cost recovery appeals process.
Occupational & Non-occupational Injuries: Integration
of Ability Management Programs is somewhat of a challenge for most
organizations. it would seem that there are two completely different
claims management approaches to occupational and non-occupational
injuries and illness. Video PDA® allows for a single consistent
process that stakeholders in both occupational and non-occupational
claims management can follow.
Injury Prevention: Using the ergonomic search
function within Video PDA®, organizations can quickly identify
all the job positions that contain job tasks with high risk activities.
